Aaghhhh!

It was a fine afternoon. We were having stroller races in the house (yes, again), when the phone rang. It was Aunt Kimberly calling to say hello. I asked Leah (politely of course) to quiet down just a little so mommy could answer the phone. I barely had the word hello out when she preceeded to go potty all over my kitchen floor. Amazingly, when I told her to go and finish in her potty chair, she still had more!!!! Wow, did I have a hydrated little girl on my hands. So, I clean up the floor, retrieved clean undies and shorts for Leah, washed hands, turned the corner, and.......there was Blake. Blake during this time decided to head over to Leah's kitchen, pull out a small drawer of food (did I mention that he's become crafty?), and chew on a small box of taco shells (pretend food). He had three bites of cardboard wadded in his mouth. I'm so greatful he didn't choke. (note to self, go through all the toys.....again!) I take out the cardboard, turn around, and......there's the dog. Maggie has decided that potty training is a terrific time. She was pulling out toilet paper from Leah's last potty chair encounter (did I mention that she was VERY hydrated?), and started dragging it through the house, a urine stream following her from the very wet TP. It was at that moment, we all went outside. After the kids went to bed....? Scrubbing my kitchen, mopping my hardwood floors, and cleaning the bathroom. I think I deserve a glass of wine. Oh wait, I'm a mom. I bet I can put Juicy Juice on the rocks though!!!!

I would've definitely needed something on the rocks after those little episodes. Why is it that the dog is also involved?? That is always the way!

That's awesome. . . well, except for the part where you had to clean it all up:) You should really move here; then someone else could have cleaned up and you could have just laughed and laughed! Miss you!
